How it works
A name is enough. You are never asked whether they are a customer or a supplier.
Goods out, goods in, cash either way — on one bill. Or just an amount, if there is nothing to itemise.
Close the bill and the ledger says it in words: “₹16,400 To Receive”. Collect it by UPI from the bill itself.
Built from how a trading counter really works, not from a generic accounting template.
Goods going out and coming in, cash both ways, all on a single bill for the party in front of you. No switching between a sales screen and a purchase screen for the same person.
“₹12,400 To Receive”, not a debit column and a credit column. Anyone in the shop can read a ledger without being taught bookkeeping first.
Nothing to itemise? Record what a party owes as a name, an amount and a line saying what it was for. No item list to build first, no quantity, no rate. Their balance goes up, and a receipt brings it back down.
F2 for the party, F3 and F4 for items, F9 to save, F10 to print. Enter moves to the next field on every screen, so a long bill never needs the mouse.
Print a QR on the bill and the customer scans it — your name and the amount still owed are already filled in. Pay half and the code asks for the rest; settle it and the code is gone.
Take an order by phone or in the shop, then invoice the lines that actually go out. A part-delivered order keeps the rest pending.
Install it to the home screen and record a sale, a receipt or an order from anywhere. Same data, same rules, no separate app to download.
Share a closed bill with a customer as a link they open without signing in. It shows their bill and nothing else — never your costs or another customer’s figures.
It is a billing and party-accounts system, deliberately. It does not handle GST returns, stock valuation, barcodes, payroll or manufacturing. If you need those, this is not your only tool.
What it does instead is make the counter fast and the ledger honest.
Set up takes a few minutes. Add a party, raise a bill, and see whether the ledger reads the way you think.
