Terms & Conditions

The agreement between your business and ours.

Last updated 10 September 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of FastBilling, operated by [Your registered business name], [address]. By creating an account you accept them.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What FastBilling is — and is not

FastBilling is billing and party-accounts software. It records what you bought, sold, received and paid, and keeps a ledger of what each party owes.

It is not a complete accounting or compliance system. It deliberately does not provide:

  • GST calculation, GST returns, HSN codes or any tax filing
  • Stock quantity, inventory valuation or warehouse management
  • Barcode scanning
  • Payroll, attendance or manufacturing

This is stated plainly because it matters: if your business needs those, you will need other software alongside FastBilling. We would rather you know that before subscribing than after.

3. Your responsibility for your records

You are responsible for what you enter and for meeting your own statutory, tax and audit obligations. FastBilling records the figures you give it; it does not verify them and does not give accounting, tax or legal advice.

Check your books. Software — ours included — can carry a mistake, and a figure you did not read is a figure you did not check.

4. Accounts and security

  • Keep your sign-in details and Master PIN confidential.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your users' accounts.
  • Give each person their own account. Shared accounts make the audit trail meaningless.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

5. Trial and subscription

New businesses get a free trial of 30 days, with no card required to start.

After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the rates published at the time. Fees are payable in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable for a period already begun. We will give reasonable notice before changing prices.

6. Your data

Your business data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your data at any time. If you stop using FastBilling, export it before closing your account.

7. Availability

We aim to keep FastBilling available and to keep your data safe and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, infrastructure failures and events outside our control can cause downtime.

Keep your own exports. A backup you control is worth having, whatever we promise.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use FastBilling for anything unlawful, or to record transactions intended to deceive an authority
  • Attempt to access another business's data
  • Probe, scan or attack the service, or attempt to circumvent its access controls
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of FastBilling is limited to the fees you paid in the [period] before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business or the cost of reconstructing records — which is another reason to keep your own exports.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using FastBilling at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where fees remain unpaid, and will give notice and a reasonable chance to export the data unless the breach makes that inappropriate.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified rather than made silently, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
