Keyboard shortcuts
Write a whole bill on the computer without the mouse.

On the bill screen
| F2 | New bill, or choose the party |
| Alt+P | Go to the party box |
| Alt+D | Go to the date |
| I or Alt+I | Add a purchase item |
| O or Alt+O | Add a sale item |
| F3 / F4 | Add a purchase item / add a sale item |
| Alt+E | Edit the selected item |
| Alt+Del | Remove the selected item |
| Alt+N | Add a note |
| Alt+H | Show both sides, purchase only, or sale only |
| F7 or Alt+M | Take or make a payment; see payments already taken |
| F9 | Save |
| F10 | Print |
| Alt+C | Close the bill (asks you to confirm) |
| Shift+Del | Delete the bill (asks you to confirm) |
In the payment box
| Alt+F | Fill in the full amount due |
| Alt+1 … Alt+4 | Choose the account: 1 is Cash, 2 the first bank, and so on |
| Enter | Save the payment |
Everywhere
| Enter | Move to the next field. In a confirmation, Enter means Yes. |
| Esc | Close a box or cancel |
| ↑ ↓ | Move through search results; Enter picks one |
| F2 | Start a new bill, from any screen |
| Alt+B | Open the Day Book |
| Alt+L | Open the Party Statement |
| F1 or Alt+/ | Open help for the screen you are on |
Good to know
- On some laptops the F-keys need the Fn key held down. The Alt shortcuts work without it.
